Good day, I bought the following HP LaserJet Pro 4002dn printer, the issue is that in order for it to print what I give from the computer, I have to press the "ok" button on the printer's screen, it does not print directly, this is very tiring how can i get it out without pressing any button.

Nearly 100% of the time this is due to the fact that the paper size and/or type that the printer driver is asking for does not match the paper that is loaded in the printer and set on control panel of the printer.
For example, you send a print job and the job is formatted for A4 plain paper but the settings on the printer are for letter plain paper. The printer then stops and waits for you to push ok so it knows to just print on the loaded paper.
Many of these printers ship from the factory with tray 2 set as any size/any type and you need to change the settings to match your actual paper.

Thank you for the immediate reply, I have deactivated all the settings on the printer in the menu, also from the computer settings I have selected A4, I am really disappointed, I want to throw it in the trash and go back to what I had yesterday (5 years ago) .the message that comes out on the printer screen is: Press ok to use another paper.Put paper 1,plain paper in the tray I CAN'T STAND ANYMORE SOMEONE HELP

The "press ok to use another paper" is the error you will get when either the tray is empty but there is different paper in another tray.
To determine if there are problems with the paper tray. Print any of the printer reports from the control panel of the printer. If those reports print automatically then you know the hardware is good and you are dealing with a hardware problem. You say you deactivated all the settings, what do you mean by that. As you state you use A4 paper, that is the paper size you should set through the menus on the printer itself. You should also make sure you have selected plain paper as the paper type.
