Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a problem I can not understand my question and in relation to HP Access Control Software I need to know if it is paid or not

HP Access Control Software is apparently Enterprise level - paid - software.

 

The Software Depot source shows the software available as "Trial" AND requires a login to access.
