I have several HP Color LaserJet M651s that we use in our campus Pay-for-print system.  We had specified an access control list so that network print jobs could only originate from the pay-for-print server.  Otherwise, students are able to print to the device by knowing the IP, bypassing the pay-for-print system and printing for free.  We upgraded the firmware to FS4 (2411226-066600) and now the option for access control is no longer available/found.  How do I continue to restrict the source of print jobs so patrons can't bypass the system?  I did read somewhere at one point that the firewall is supposed to take the place of the Acccess Control list in newer FutureSmart releases but I can no longer find that article.  Any info/help is most appreciated.

I do not have an FS4 device currently connected, however should be the same as FS5
