Product: HP Smart Tank 615 Wireless All-in-One

hp 8025e 

does not print because account issues 

created 2 accounts still not working 

put factory reset still not working 

router off and and  tried 1 day. No chance

I understand you’re having trouble with your HP printer. To help you better, could you please confirm whether you’re using an HP Smart Tank 615 or an HP OfficeJet 8025e? Also, let me know if you have Instant Ink service registered with the printer. With this information, I’ll be able to guide you more accurately.
