Welcome to HP Forums,
Let's get straight to it!
If you haven't checked for a compatible stylus that would work on your device, I recommend you click here to verify the same,
Once done, and you know you've got a compatible device, however, have issues using the stylus, you may use the below link to troubleshoot the same:
Click here to troubleshoot the same.
Alternatively, you can always get a passive stylus as it would work on all touchscreen devices, here are a few more details:
- An active stylus (also known as a digital stylus) uses a digitizer built into the screen to allow communication between the touch screen and the pen. An active stylus might support many or all of the functions supported by a mouse, such as right-click, hover, and more. Many active stylus models can block stray marks from your hand resting on the screen or the sweep of your palm while writing so that the screen only registers marks made by the pen.
- A passive stylus (also known as a capacitive stylus) functions the same as your finger on the screen. Passive styluses do not require batteries, and they work on any touchscreen device.
Let me know how that pans out
I will have a colleague follow-up on this to ensure it's taken care off, in case you don't respond in the next 24-48hrs,
As I need to know if the issue has been resolved, to get proper sleep at night.
