Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

HP Smart says:

'Manage the printers linked to your HP account. To add a new printer, make sure the printer is plugged in and turned on, then open the HP Smart app and find the add printer card at the top of the Home screen. Follow the instructions to add a printer.'

I do not have a smart phone. Do not have HP Smart app.

How do I add my HP printer to my HP Smart account?
