Product: HP Laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Had to completely clear laptop hard drive. Windows 10 reinstalled but cannot find how to reinstall HP envy 6000 printer. It is already connected to my other laptop and did work on this one as well before hard drive wipe. Am not technical savvy so need hand-holding to reinstall. Thanks

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.  If the printer model HP Envy Photo 6200 or HP Envy 6000?

Can you download and install the HP FULL Solution Software for your operating system:

 

HP Envy 6000:

HP Envy Photo 6200:

Once you have downloaded and installed the FULL feature software, you will be able to print and scan.
