Product: Hp envy photo 6234

I am trying to add my new printer hp envy photo 6234 to my chromebook to enable me to print wirelessly. I have downloaded the hp app and clicked on add printer and the laptop finds the printer but I just have a blue circle endlessly going round on the next step "preparing the printer". Any advice greatly appreciated

Would suggest to Reset the wireless to defaults.  This resource will be useful:
