MacOs10.11.6 same problem plus fax in sys pref add printer dialogue and on 8610 macbook pro

Sorry didn't respond...was in computer repair/purchase mode for over a month. My original MacBook Pro 10.11 suddenly stopped seeing my two HP printers (8610 and 251) and I couldn't add them back. Went through all the driver, reinstall etc etc procedures. Accessing through my wi-fi network. All my phones, iPads, iMacs etc see the printers without issue. I grabbed a good deal on a slightly later model of the same 15" MacBook Pro. Had my SSD installed in new computer. The SSD was clean of old data. I restored from last Time Machine back up week. Everything went smoothly except the backup (I guess) brought the issue adding hp printers problem.Add Printer.jpg
