Product: HP Officejet 4630 e-All-in-One Printer
  • I have a new macbook pro 2023 with m2 chip. I have an HP Officejet 4630 printer. I have reinstalled the driver recommended several times. I can print from the HP APP, but cannot add the printer on my in my System > Printer/scanners. They are both on the same network. When I hit Add printer I click through to an error message that says. "An error occurred while trying to add the selected device. Unable to communicate with the printer at this time." I've been spending hours and going in circles. Maybe this printer doesn't work with this computer?
