I would like to make a suggestion, for adding a "Printed Job List" function for OfficeJet Pro 7720. Just like the print job list on Designjets. Thx

No idea what is available on a DesignJet.
If the Full Feature Software / Full Driver is installed,
The reprint / print job list can be set up for your printer.
Job Reprint
Depending on the printer model and software and the Operating System, the "reprint" option can be set ahead of time to "Keep printed documents". After that point (and until / unless the setting and / or printer software installation is disrupted), objects printed to the print queue on that computer are saved and can be reprinted at a later time.
NOTE
Your printer and environment may work differently from the example provided in this post.
IMPORTANT
Removing / Reinstalling the printer software resets this option to default (document print list is not saved).
Save jobs to be reprinted later
For those reading, the following applies to recent versions of Windows and a printer for which the Full Feature Software has been installed.
Control Panel > icon view > Devices and Printers >
Right-Click on your Printer > Printer Properties>
(If necessary) Change Properties > Tab Advanced >
Select Keep printed documents > Apply > OK
When jobs are saved in the queue, they can be printed again later.
Control Panel > icon view > Devices and Printers >
Double-Click on your Printer
Double-Click on See What's Printing
If necessary, select the printer (for example HP Officejet 8740 Network)
Once the queue is open,
* Single-Left-Click on a job that you want to reprint to highlight that entry
Right-Click on the highlighted job > Restart
*The job will print using the current paper / preferences as set for that printer. If you need to adjust the paper or job parameters, Double-Click on the job to be printed to open the Properties (available options). After adjusting the settings, click OK to exit the Properties menu.

If you have not done so, download-save-install the Full Feature Software / Full Driver for the printer
Full Driver / Full Feature Software does not require a sign-in to use the software.
HP Easy Start Printer Setup Software
- Download-and-Save the printer software (Full Feature Software / HP Smart / Easy Start)
- Right-Click on the downloaded package and "Run as Administrator" to start the installation
- Reminder: If using Easy Start, select the Full Driver
Easy Start...
About 2/3 of the way through the setup, you will be given the opportunity to select the software - select the "Full" driver set (as opposed to the basic driver).

If using USB: Connect the cable when instructed to do so (near the last part of the driver installation)
After the software is installed, Restart the computer and log in.
Full driver provides print and scan functions (even if HP Smart proves to be stubborn).

Hi Dragon-Fur, thanks for kindly reply.
I shared the printer over home network with my brothers, and I would like to know who print what, than we can share the ink costs. May I suggest to added a 'Job Queue" "Usage" and maybe "Accounting" for the OfficeJet Pro series.
Im sure by referencing the "Web Service" design from Designjet T, may benefit student like me and customer who use OfficeJet Pro as home business or small business.

You are welcome.
Answer
These printers are consumer products meant for use in a home or small business environment.
The printer owner is expected to manage and maintain the product.
Why?
Nothing is free in the business world.
Everything that provides any kind of data collection has to be written, maintained, protected, distributed, and managed.
Option - College Student Coder
That said, most IT college students could scrape together the coding necessary to do at least part of what you want - most of the data can be made available or is already available.
Caveat
It sounds like you want detailed information on the amount of ink each brother is using. While you can get page counts, file information (name and size), the amount of ink used for a job is not calculated for you. The math is doable if you calculate the number of pages, the density of each page, the estimated allowance for each ink cartridge. That detail will likely cost you extra...
Option - Event Viewer
The raw data for what you want is available - most of it anyway. Having created the "keep jobs" setup, the data is stored in the Event Viewer and can be extracted without too much trouble. I can provide the manual steps - setup is not difficult, just a few minutes to set up the logging. The data extraction is also manual.
Option - EWS
Given that what you want is not readily available, is to use the printer's own "Usage Report" to calculate what's been printed in a month and divide the share equally. Completely manual and you do the simple math to determine what has been printed from one month to the next. Divide the use equally or do the math necessary to extract how much ink each brother is using.
Open your favorite browser > type / enter Printer IP address into URL / Address bar
Tab Tools > Reports > Usage Report
Option - Share Ink at purchase
Ask each brother to contribute when you purchase ink. Done.
Option - Purchase Software
Find a commercial software product that does what you want. You cannot be the only college student out there who wants to share printer costs - see if you can find the code already packaged and available.
Option - Instant Ink Subscription Service
Instant Ink is a Print-by-Page subscription model that provides all the ink you use at no extra cost over the price of the plan.
If your printer series is eligible in your region, you can subscribe.
You pay a monthly plan fee, stay within the plan "number of pages" (or pay for "extra page kits"), and that's it.
Divide the cost of the monthly plan fee equally and be done.
READ, READ, READ before you sign up.
Read the FAQ - all of these.
Read the Contract - all of it.
NOTE: The subscription does require a credit card and the plan must be in one brother's name - you cannot sign up for "pieces of the plan" for each brother. One of you has to take on the responsibility for the plan cost and contract.
