I cannot add my printer to my HP Smart app in order to finish enrolling in Instant Ink. Its connected to my HP computer with USB and connected to my home wireless network yet, when I click on add my printer it then brings up another screen where I click on my printer but, when I then click on get supplies to finish my enrollment, it says I need to add my printer. and then I am beginning a revolving circle

You can always try uninstalling HP Smart > Restart the computer and log in > "Get" a new copy of the application from the Microsoft Store.
Remove / Install Steps: Settings > Apps > Apps and Features > scroll down, find, Click on HP Smart > Uninstall > Restart the computer and log in. A new copy of the application can be downloaded / installed from the Microsoft Store (formally Windows Store).
