Step 1: Connect the Phone to the Same Wi-Fi

Make sure the new phone is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your HP OfficeJet Pro 9018e printer.

Step 2: Install the HP App

• Go to the HP App – For HP Printers, Laptops, and Tech Accessories | HP® Official Site.
• Open the app and accept permissions (especially for network and Bluetooth).

Step 3: Add Your Printer

• Open HP Smart → Tap “+” or Add Printer.
• The app will search for printers on the network.
• Select your HP OfficeJet Pro 9018e from the list.
• If prompted, follow the on-screen steps to complete setup.

Step 4: Start Printing or Scanning

• You can now print documents, photos, or scan directly from the app.
