"Some error were reported  Group Name: Bad parameters received. Please make sure your inputs are correct'"

Above error showing on newly installed device. Model: M72630dn.

It is showing when we click Address Book  for adding users f

My guess is you are using invalid characters in the group name. You post too few details to be more exact than that.
