I am unable to access several options on my deskjet 3752 it keeps telling me that this feature is protected by the admin password but I don't remember the password, I bought this computer for school 1yr 1/2 ago & I just moved & took it back out to set up to my new home & new wifi but it won't allow me to connect to wifi or login to be able to reset the factory settings & I am unable to even get to customer support b/c the virtual assistance keeps telling me my warrant is expired & keep sending me in circles, at this point I've waisted almost 3 days trying to figure out what I need to do to fix this.

We'll have to perform a reset on the Printer for this. I have sent you a private message, for more details that cannot be shared in a public post.
