Just bought a new deskjet 2632 all in one device and when setting the device up have set an admin password via EWS which I foolishly forgot to record. Now I have tried to set up the device again and connect to my wireless network but it always fails (which i assume is down to the fact the admin pwd is set) Subsequently I may know the pwd now but because it is not network connected I don't see EWS to do a factory reset. Can someone please help me with a factory reset so that i can set the device up from scratch again please?
Any help greatly appreciated
Jasper

Thanks for the reply, I followed your suggestion then went into the HP Smart app and tried to set up the device again. It ran through the wizard told me it found the printer but could not set it up and dropped out of the wizard.?
Any other ideas please?
