I called HP Help Desk and I asked what the Admin Password was for the following printers:

HP Color LaserJet M751 &
HP Color LaserJet CP5225dn

I was told that the printers do not come with a passwords.  I've gone in and tried several passwords (blanks, admin, admins, admin/1234, tried the Serial Number, etc) with NO luck.  Does anyone know how it can be reset or if there is an actual password.  I'd like to get these printers on the network by the end of the week if possible.

If there is no password set you would be able to access all basic programming features. The EWS would also have a login prompt in the upper right corner. Resetting the devices requires access to the preboot menu. You can either perform a cold reset from the startup options menu of the preboot or format the drive and reload the firmware. If you are redeploying I would suggest that you format and reinstall to clear out old user data completely. Access to the pre-boot menu is documented in the firmware readme file for the device at support.hp.com.
