Today when I start as everyday my Officejet Pro 9010 it has no connection to WiFi because the menu says that it has been blocked . To unlock the WiFi connection menu (and also others menu) it needs the user and password but I’ve never set them and don’t know how to reset it. I saw that there is a PIN in the inter side of the printer but don’t know how to use it or other. Can you please help me? It’s urgent please!
