Recently I could not be able to use the printer software (e.g. to scan documents) because an Adobe Flash Player error message appears. I tried to reinstall the software to no success. Can anybody help me? Thanks a lot

Try this Solution:
Install HP Scan Extended find here: ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/scanners/HPScanExt/
Download this file: HPScanExt.msi
Close all programs
Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo > in folder Downloads double-click on the msi.
