HP OfficeJet 3830 All-in-One Printer

HP Error.pngI try to print but this is the error message. I have all the latest software updates for Windows and HP. Any help would be appreciated.

Adobe > open printer menu > advanced print >

Print file 008.png

activate "Print As Image"

click OK

 

try to print again.

is Adobe up to date?
Try installing the latest updates first.

 

If this does not help, uninstall Adobe.
Restart the computer once
Reinstall Adobe.

I have all the latest updates on both Adobe and my HP 3830 inkjet printer. I have uninstalled Adobe, shutdown my computer and then reinstalled the latest Adobe. I still get the same error message. This has only just happened after the latest Windows 11 update happened.

Thank you it worked. The downside looks like I can't print in greyscale which is what I do to save ink.
