When I open the HP smart ap for my printer and go to printer settings->advanced settings, it says "Can't open printer home or EWS page. This feature is not available". However, last week it was available on my computer but was not available on my coworkers. I am logged in. I tried logging out and logging back in and this did not fix my problem. How to I get access again to the advanced settings?

Welcome to the HP Community --
Open the Embedded Web Server from your Browser.
HP LaserJet Pro MFP M329, M428-M429 - User Guide
Example - Page 39
EWS > HP Document / How-to
Use the HP printer Embedded Web Server (EWS)
NOTE: Find printer IP address
Section Open the EWS over a local network orientation
Open your Browser > Type / enter the Printer IP address into URL / Address bar
Why doesn't EWS (Advanced) open from within HP Smart?
Unknown.
A few ideas (not all inclusive)...
The issue might be related to how fast the network and the printer are responding to the embedded request in the app to reach out to start the Embedded Web Server (EWS).
Both printer and device (computer, tablet, phone) must be on the same network.
?
What else?
HP Smart is fussy about version - make sure any device where HP Smart is installed is running the latest version of the app for that platform (computer, tablet, phone).
You could try restarting your printer, device(s), and network.
