Deskjet 3522 e-All-in-One printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After Microsoft has made a flawed update on Aug. 17th I can not use my printer anymore except scanning.

I guess it is very strange that the does not print but scan.

We have tried everything to solve the problem (reiinstallation of printer, searching for driver updates ...)

 

N o t h i n g   helps !

 

If I would buy a new HP printer I am not sure that this wouls work.

Sorry: the correct date is 2020-08-13

Same problem, will not let remove software, down load drivers nothing   do not buy another printer, i did and same problems cannot use the new one now

  • Do you get any errors while printing?
  • How is the printer connected to the computer?
  • Try making a standalone copy and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

 

Run HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and fix any driver issue

Click here to download the file. Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and click on 'Fix printing'.

If the issue persists, proceed to the next step.

 

Use the HP Smart app to print and scan from your Win PC (If wireless connection)
