macOS 11.0 Big Sur

Hello team,

After the installation of the MacOs Big Sur 11.4 I am experiencing issues with my printer. My Printer is HP OfficeJet pro 8620 All In One.

I cannot anymore find the settings to print colour or draft quality. My printer is able to print Black/white high quality only as of the default and only settings.

From the menu Printers & scanners and printer properties, I can't see anymore the level of ink on the cartridges or other advanced settings.

Reading the guidance from HP they suggesting to use AirPrint However that not exist as an option.

My Printer is HP OfficeJet pro 8620

Step 4 doesn't work. Not exist AirPrint as a choice there.

Any thoughts?

Boes anyone is experiencing anything similar?

Is this printer compatible with that OS?

Best

George
