After updating the PC MAC OS BIG SUR version 11.6.7, I can no longer print with my HP OFFICEJET 2620 multifuncional. I state that the scanner works and the printer, if I connect it to another computer  with another operating system, works regulary.

I recommend you download and install the driver from the below link and check if it helps.

Hi! Thanks for trying to fix my problem. I had already installed HP EASY START to no avail. Nevertheless I followed your link  but, in the end, the printer does not work while the scanner works.
