After upgrading to Big Sur OS for iMac, my HP Photosmart 2600 printer no longer works.  What can I do?

I have the same problem. How can I get help to fix it?

Hi Steve.  I called Apple Care and they managed to get my printer working again with the Big Sur OS>   What he did was, basically, to delete the existing printer and then add it back in.  Now it works fine.   I recommend you call AppleCare (I called the local apple store and they connected me to apple care) and then screen share your computer screen and the technician will help you solve the problem.  Good luck.  Sharon
