Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP Envy 4520 that when I start it it states Alignment Recommendation. Load plain white paper in tray then touch OK to start alignment.  It then gives the 2 options of  Later or OK. I touch OK but nothing happens.  I touch Later and it goes to the home screen but then states their is a scan issue.  I ran the HP Print and Scan Doctor and it told me driver issues.  I have the current drivers downloaded but it still does not fix the issue.  I have unplugged it, plugged it directly into the wall, done the computer restart, tried troubleshooting and this piece of garbage still does not align or scan.  Getting ready to throw it in the garbage.  I have had nothing but issues with every HP I have ever had.  Laptops and printers. Can anyone restore my faith in HP before the sledgehammer goes on the prowl.

@Killerwhale34, Welcome to HP Support Community!

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Forum's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
