Please help. I've been trying to find a number to call or a live chat for a brand new printer that opened today but can't get it to print. I purchased this HP Deskjet 3054 online about a week ago. It's brand new, never opened and I'm trying to install it for the first time. The serial # is cn [Personal Information Removed]. The HP site says this is out of warranty. I've been at this for several hours now.
Problem: I see an "alignment failed" message and it just prints a blank page. A test page also prints blank.
Troubleshooting tried: The printer diagnostics page indicates the ink cartridges are both full, and they're brand new too. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I downloaded all the drivers that are on HP's site. I turned the device off and on. Tried connecting wireless and via USB. I removed the brand new ink cartridges and used a swab to clear the inside, per a troubleshooting video from HP's site. I ran the diagnostics from the site including the cleaning, alignment (attempt), print test page-which also prints a blank page. I downloaded the HP doctor option and that said nothing was wrong. There's an option on the printer to print games like tic-tac-toe and I tried that and the pages still printed blank. Please, can anyone offer help for me? Thanks!

@JF33, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I understand the printer is printing blank pages. I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.
Where did you buy the printer from? Let us try these steps to resolve this issue:
Clean the ink cartridges using the printer software as shown in step 11 of this document - Fixing Poor Print Quality
Perform 2 levels of cleaning. Now, print a quality report to check the result.
If the issue persists, and if the printer is under return period policy, I'd recommend getting a replacement from the place where you bought it.
You may reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
As you said the printer was bought last week, kindly file a dispute to Validate Your Warranty. Click here to know how.
