HP Recommended

The issues started after the latest firmware updates as we are on automatic updates for all our HP printers. All 3 HP LaserJet went down with the same paper jam error. There is no paper jam present in any off the printers and 2 of the printers are less than 1 year old. Followed the workarounds in the HP documentation below;

HP Color LaserJet Pro 4201, 4202,4203, MFP 4301, 4302, 4303 – F0.01.09.01 error after replacing tone...

 

None of the above advice resolved my issues. The following 3 printers are affected.

 

Color LaserJet Pro MFP 4301dw 

Color LaserJet Pro MFP M479fdw

PageWide Pro MFP 577dw

 

It appears to me that this is likely a firmware issue and there is no way for me to reverse the updates to the last known working firmware.

 

 I have already had an HP rep come to change the fuser on the MFP m479DW to no avail only to warranty replace the unit. This resolution took far too long and I ended up replacing the unit with a brother. I will likely be doing this with all my HP printers if there is no resolution for these persistent paper issues plaguing all of my HP equipment.
