Hi @VEB63

Welcome to the HP Support Community. Thanks for bringing this to our notice.

I see that you are facing issues with your system. Do not worry, we are here to fix it.

May I know from when are you facing this issue?

Did you make any hardware or software-related changes to it?

Windows Update error 800f020b while trying to install updates, an update that you're trying to install applies to a device that isn't connected to the computer. I would suggest that you connect the printer to your device, turn the device ON and try to install the updates.

If the issue persist, I would suggest that you perform Windows Update Troubleshooter.

1.     On the search bar type Troubleshooter

2.     Click on Troubleshooting and click on the Settings tab below the search box.

3.     Click on the Find and Fix problems tile and then click on the view all button the left pane.

4.     Click on the Windows update troubleshooter and run it.

Close Windows Update, wait 10 to 15 minutes, and then run Windows Update again. You can also wait for Windows Update to run at its next scheduled time.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
