Officejet 200 Mobile direct print
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have been totally unable to get my Direct Print HP OfficeJet 200 Mobile printer to work in the Direct Print" mode.  The printer's direct print network shows to be "on"  and it is present as a selection on the laptop network choices, but when trying to connect the laptop to the Direct Print network, the laptop shows "Windows can't obtain the network settings from the router".  I've been working on this for two days and just keep going around in circles.  I need some genius help on this one.  I can't fine any way to get help from HP.  Tried all of   their online directions and tools, but to no avail.
