I have a DeskJet 3755. It was working this past weekend. However, it stopped working from our phones on Wednesday. I finally got connected to tech support who told me to restart my phone and he’d send a link to reconnect. I restarted my phone, clicked his link… can’t reconnect. Now I have a factory reset printer that can’t be found by the app. I removed the device previously in order to fully start from scratch. If sharing the case number would be helpful, please let me know. I’ve been at this for two hours.
