HP Officejet Pro 8620 e-All-in-One Printer

While trying to fix another problem, I've noticed the following three things from my OfficeJet printer's settings (via the printer's inbuilt web interface accessed via the HP Smart app on the PC.  I'm not sure if these are bugs or have another explanation, and in some cases, if the bug is with the printer or my router.

1. The printer's self-signed certificate (HP Smart -> Printer Settings -> Advanced Settings -> Network -> Advanced Settings -> Certificates -> View)  has an expiry date in 1904 (1904-04-15)

2. The network's domain name (HP Smart -> Printer Settings -> Advanced Settings -> Network -> General -> Network Identification -> Domain Name (IPV4/IPV6) is set to modem, but .local seems to work on my LAN while .modem doesn't.

3. Factory reset (from the printer's console -> Settings -> Tools)  doesn't reset all settings.  For example, the e-mail settings for certain messages (e.g. ink low, out of paper, etc.) are not erased.
