HP DesignJet T630 36-in Printer

Hi have the following problem for half a year now.

9a23eeaa-78bb-4fad-9024-898e0986792e.jpg

When I want to print custom sized plot from AutoCAD when I click on Custom properties -> Document size -> (select) Create the app freezes and i can't move one. I suspect the problem with the lfp driver ui.v4 driver or Autocad as after I kill the app in task manager there is one more window from Autocad popping out. It looks like there is some kind of struggle between the Autocad and HP printer app.

I have been able to add specific plot sizes under windows printers-> Print Server Properties but this solution or work around doesn't work anymore so I cannot print stuff for non standard paper sizes. Tried to uninstall and install drivers again, connect and reconnect printer multiple times still the problem is the same.

Hope somebody can help me it is annoying me a lot.

Kind regards

PS: Added more descriptions as the first time the picture import deleted few lines of text

The solution is in the scale and layout setting of windows. As I had it setup to 250%  rescale the pop out window disappeared off the screen. When turning rescale to  100% the pop up window appeared enough that I was able to drag it back to the screen. Really annoying bug.
