Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8720 All-in-One Printer series
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina
"Automatic Document Feeder is Empty" No items detected in Automatic Document Feeder. ***Error message. There are not documents in the feeder, correct, but there is a document on the flatbed scanner glass, but the scanner software won't recognize it.
It copies documents and prints them fine, so it's not the scanner, it's your software HP. #fixit.
Ever since I moved to MAC OS X Catalina, 10.15.1, the scanner on my 8720 will not work.
I've updated the scanner software to the latest released on 12-18-2019, and it still doesn't work.
