My duplex unit shows as Installed, and I still manually have to flip the pages 50% of the time. Sometimes it will randomly switch to uninstalled, but 99% of the time that It won't automatically duplex print the duplex unit shows as installed under printer properties. EVERYTHING I print is double sided, and I am printing at least 20 docs per day, often far more than that. I am tired of having to waste my time to reload the pages, wait for it to register that the tray has been put back and click ok.
