Product: HP LaserJet 3390 Multifunctional Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The Printer used to allow automatic duplex printing but unknown after System Upgrade does not allow. In the device configuration of this printer under installable options Duplex Unit (for 2-sided Printing) is installed. However when printing even a single page the printer is prompting to use the press "ENTER" sign. The automatic duplex printing always forces to pick papers and re-load in tray flipping the side and never automatic.

Hi,

Try following below specific version of the HP Print and Scan Doctor Utility by selecting your printer:

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/patches/HPPSdr.exe

 

Be sure to restart your PC and allow the utility to complete the process, then check for any difference.

 

Try printing and check for any change, if the same remains try printing using the newly added print queue copy (Copy1) and check for any difference.
