Officejet pro 9014

Hello, im helping a friend of mine who has some troubles with her Officejet pro 9014 printer. Started out with a clogged printer head and i did a few runs of the cleaning in the printer and got a little bit of flow. Then the printer said that the CMY cartridges were empty and i cant print att all or clean but the cartridges are almost full and 2 weeks old. 

 

So i did a full reset on the printer and installet the cartridges and now its saying i need to adjust the printerhead to continue and it starts printing a testpage but it crashed into a bluescreen immidiatly after starting to print. 

 

Bluescreen shows B8156BOC error code and i cant find any info or get passed the printerhead adjustment. Is the printer bricked?
