Hi folks, I print a lot of stuff for the choir that I am in, but I find that once I start printing, I have to leave my phone open on the printing process or it stops. This is not only tying up my phone, but killing my battery. Should I have to do this? I only print from home on my wireless network. Thanks.

Hi. Thanks for that. The reason I was using the app in the first place is because I I am blind and use the voice over screen reader on my iPhone. I was printing from box and it isn’t always the most friendly of apps and often the focus isn’t great so it’s much easier to choose file using the HP Smart app. Not sure what influence you have, but it would definitely be helpful if I didn’t have to keep this app open in order to print. If there is a way for me to pass on my feedback, please let me know and I will do so. Thank you

Thanks for the Feedback. This seems to be how the App was designed. We will take your feedback and pass it on to the appropriate team.

Thank you
