Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a laserjet 3015 and I just started getting  PCL XL error messages.  'IllegalAttributValue/ReadImage/348

On a Word 365 doc.

I checked everything, ran the troubleshooter, googled and it still happened. Could only print error.

Then I tried a different file and it printed okay !!

So I went back and tried the first doc. Still no good.

So what's this? A printer error or there's some docs it can't handle?

And if it's a bad doc somehow any ideas on how to fix that?

Just wondering if it's a hassle others have had.

HP Recommended

It's a driver issue, the printer is 99% fine, check the drivers on your computer to be the latest from hp.com or install Universal Print Driver from hp.com
