Basic_Webpack silent install

I downloaded the driver for this printer: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFPM283
But within our company I want to install the driver silently with SCCM/Intune.
Is there a way to do that???

Yes, you can install HP printer drivers silently using SCCM or Microsoft Intune, but it requires using HP’s Enterprise driver packages and command-line options for silent installation.

Recommended Approach

1. Download the HP Full Feature or Basic Driver Package

• Go to the official HP driver page for your printer:
  👉 HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M283fdw | HP® Support
• For enterprise deployment, choose the HP Universal Print Driver (UPD) or Basic Driver package (usually .exe or .msi).

2. Use Silent Install Command

Most HP driver installers support these switches: setup.exe /q /norestart

or for MSI packages: msiexec /i "HPDriver.msi" /quiet /norestart

Explanation:

• /quiet → No UI (silent install).
• /norestart → Prevents automatic reboot.

3. SCCM Deployment

• Create an Application in SCCM.
• Use the above command line in the Deployment Type.
• Distribute to your device collection.

4. Intune Deployment

• Wrap the installer using the Microsoft Win32 Content Prep Tool.
• Upload to Intune as a Win32 app.
• Use the same silent install command in the Install command field.

5. Verify Printer Installation

• After deployment, confirm the printer is added via: 
  • Control Panel → Devices and Printers

Hi thans for you responses, but it does not work>
Downloading Basic_Webpack_x64-44.11.2784-LJM282-M285_UWWL_4_1_Basicx64_Webpack.exe and using the /quiet option does still provide me the GUI to go through the setup.

Also other drivers i downloaded and does not install silently. We have used without any knowledge. So we want to install the softtare silently and when the user attached the printer it should work and they should be able to SCAN e.g. papers.
Any more tips for me how to get this silently installed?

I also tried to unzip the webpack and using the SETUP,exe...same issue
