  • I could not make a wifi connection on my brand new printer, in short no settings because only the hp logo appears on the screen and when it turns off the screen remains blank. To mention that I restarted the printer several times while it was on, I disconnected the power cable from the printer and then from the wall socket. I waited about 3 minutes, then I pressed and held the power button for 30 seconds. I plugged the cable into the wall socket and into the printer, nothing changed. I tried the variant without holding the power button, it didn't help either. But when I connect the printer and the laptop with a cable, it shows that the printer is ready. But when I put something to print, nothing happens. It doesn't print. I will be grateful for your guidance. Nedo
