My printer will not work at all. Just a plain blue screen and you can’t even power it off. Tried unplugging it wand waiting to plug it back in, but same results.

I understand that you are getting a blue screen on the printer, I am glad to assist you.

You might have to reset the printer.

I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
