I am having the same problem as others and the suggested fix doesn't work because the control panel is completely frozen. I am ruing the fact that I allowed the printer to update automatically rather than manually. I've had this printer for less than 30 days and it's currently useless. Please help.

So what did everyone decide about code DD000F58 blue screen?  I have the same problem.
