Hope someone has the answer here.

Have a z5200 wide format printer. I like working with HP click because it is easy to work with. However, I have not been able to use the boarderless printing option. The paper I am using is Gloss and would like to print poster such as 24x36 sizes. I have tried different paper setting, but it is still grayed out. I appreacite your feedback how to fix this problem.

I am at the latest version of hp click.

Thanks

If you are printing on the sheet then you can't print borderless, borderless only on photo roll.

Margins (top x bottom x left x right):
Roll: 5 x 5 x 5 x 5 mm (0.2 x 0.2 x 0.2 x 0.2 in) (borderless on photo roll media)
Sheet: 5 x 17 x 5 x 5 mm (0.2 x 0.67 x 0.2 x 0.2 in)

Hello:

Thanks for your reply.

I am using roll of 36 inch gloss or satin paper. The image background is is solid color the covers the entire 36 inch. I am not certain where I need to set the margins for boarder less to work. Is this something that I need to set within the Z5200? The image is a PDF file that is designed for 36x24.

Please advise.

I also have changed the paper type to everything under the photo paper types,  it is still grayed out. The message that from HP click is "Paper type selected does not support borderless".

Please advise

Install it on different computer using latest drivers from hp.com and try printing directly from software, not using HP Click too see maybe HP Click has gone crazy
