Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

Hi!  Until a few weeks ago I could print a booklet on my HP 8600.  The printer would order the pages, 2 on each side, so that I could fold the booklet and the pages would be in order.  Now that setting has disappeared!  How can I get it back?  It used to be in the Layout menu.  There were three options, Short-Edge Binding, Long-Edge Binding, and Booklet.  Now Booklet is gone!

The remaining options print all the pages in order, but I need to print so that I can fold the sheets in half to make a book.

In Presets, you can see that Booklet is Off.

I love my HP 8600.   I have been printing booklets on it for a year.  Now, all of a sudden, I can't.  I have updated the driver and the firmware.  Help!
