Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have an HP8610 all in one that I have used to print borderless photos for many years.  Recently, when I switched to a Dell laptop running Windows 11, I no longer see the option to print borderless, and can't figure out what to do to make it happen.  I have HP Smart installed.  Any help is appreciated.
