Hi, I tried to ask my question in HP Community but I'm getting error messages (but there's nothing wrong with my message) so I'm posting here instead.

My question:
I used to be able to print borderless in Word (HP OfficeJet Pro 9010) without problem by selecting the relevant settings in Printer Properties (i.e. borderless, paper type, print quality and paper size). But when I today changed my wifi network (to a faster one) and replaced the cartridges to fresh ones, the borderless printing stopped working. The end result is one-sided, i.e. the document is borderless only on one side, but the remaining 3 edges have a white margin.  I've tried to troubleshoot with AI and I checked the printer settings themselves but I wasn't able to fix it.  Can someone please help? Thanks.

Hi @Ninnananna , mate,

1. You may need to update printer driver, you can download the next Full software from the next link:

2. Once you install that software then check again on Printer settings to setup again Borderless.
