Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

Just received the printer loaded the print cartridges and getting the message the printhead appears to be missing, undetected, or incorrectly installed. I have reseated the cartridges 8 times and unplugged the printer and plugged it back in. Still receiving the error code.

If you have already performed the steps from the document Print head Errors: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04100778 and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
