Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey
Printer is about a month old, printed all of 10 pages and it will not turn off. The button doesn't work to shut it down. Not only that, I can't get a firmware update to launch, it downloads and downloads and then errors out. I feel like this purchase has been a waste of money.

1. Make sure that your printer is plugged directly to a power outlet.
2. Then you can download the firmware update from the next link:
* Click YES to say thank you,
* Click Accepted Solution when question is answered.
