Hey there,

 

I have just purchased  the HP Smart Tank 5105 printer. I have plugged it in and followed all instructions. I have downloaeded the app, and no device will find it, I have tried Android phone, iPhone, mac and pc (Windows 11) I have the app downloaded.

 

All the lights are flashing.

 

I have tried turning it on/off. Unplugged it for 60 seconds. Its plugged straight into the wall.

 

i have reset my router.

 

Can anyone help?

Thanks fornsending this through. I have already watched this and it still didnt help. Im returning the printer for a replacement unit
